Nice collar, quick shipping

Got the Italian leather dog collar for my pug a few weeks ago. It's really nice leather, feels good quality. Shipping was pretty fast too, I think it took about 5 days to reach me in Arizona. My dog looks cute in it.

Solid quality, a bit slow on shipping

I ordered a designer pet accessories set, a collar and leash. The quality of the Italian leather is really top-notch, you can tell it's handmade and built to last. It looks very chic on my poodle. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long for an international order, even though it was free. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but faster shipping would make it a perfect experience.

Good value with first purchase

I bought the handmade dog harness, and it felt like a significant saving on what would have been a pretty high price otherwise. The harness is very well made, feels sturdy and looks great on my golden retriever. totally different vibe. Wild One is more modern minimalist, Branco is proper luxury, like handmade Italian leather. You're paying for craftsmanship there.

Yeah, I have a leash from them and it's super soft leather, really well made. My friend has a Wild One and it's nice, but not the same league for sure. More fashion statement than just a sturdy leash.

What's their return policy like? If I get a collar and it doesn't quite fit my dog or I just don't like it, is it a pain to send back?

I actually returned a leash once because my dog grew out of it faster than I expected. It wasn't too bad, just make sure it's unused and in original packaging. You'll probably pay for return shipping though, afaik.

They don't do a ton of sales, it's pretty rare. Sometimes around holidays like Black Friday or Christmas you might catch something, but usually it's just the new customer or newsletter sign-up deal.

Are their collars true to size? My dog is usually a medium but sometimes brands run small or big and I don't want to get the wrong size.

They have a pretty detailed sizing guide on their site for measuring. I'd definitely use that! My dog was borderline and it helped a lot.

I found them to be pretty accurate. Just make sure to measure your dog's neck, don't just guess based on other brands. It's an expensive collar to get wrong.
